Consultation Services
$200 per hour (1-hour minimum)

*Guaranteed consultation/design service is only applicable to the first billable hour. All further consultation/design efforts requested beyond the hour are billable at the standard consultation rate or as quoted for further services.

With this unusual service, we review any floor plan to provide an objective, comprehensive and candid assessment of your project "through a professional's eyes". During the tour, we examine everything from problems to possibilities, arming you with the knowledge to make well-informed decisions to:

	evaluate privacy concerns

	check elevations for balance
