nook; 1/2 bath; living area with room for a Grand Piano
and antique furniture pieces; library withbuiltin
bookcases and room for a good sized table; seating for a
minimum fo 60 guests for events.
*Convert lower shop area to bedrooms
*Create unabtrusive laundryAfter Plan Solution:
*Laundry hidden behind staircase with walk under access
and understair storage.
*Shops converted to bedrooms with potential for
master suite
*Upstairs area with open plan & decks maximizes views
and has adequate space for antique collectables, two Grand
Pianos and seating for over 100! (see testimonial).
